Its Wednesday which means its quote of the week time!
This one isn't so much a quote but more of a extract from one of my favourite stories of all time.
"There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humour."

I love this extract as I believe it to be so true! There really isn't anything that can spread as quickly and as genuine as a smile, and with that laughter.
So my two pence for this week is to SMILE. Smile at everyone even if you don't feel like smiling just try it, those muscles may even change your mood for you!
