Each week I want to share a quote that somebody can relate to.
This week, a week after Nelson Mandela passed away, the internet has been inundated with his quotes and one of them really stood out to me.
As humans we are built with emotions of so many varieties, hate, is one of the worst. We are brought up to make judgements and without even having knowing it are given prejudgements on people and objects by those around us.
If we hate, ask yourself why.
Love may not come naturally to everybody, but if you can not find a way to love try to find a way not to hate. There is a middle.
